Located just five minutes from Folly Beach, the neighborhood of Fort Lamar boasts numerous waterfront and marsh-front homes. Homes within the neighborhood range from older 1960’s brick ranches to newer elevated homes featuring private docks. The neighborhood is also home to the gated condo community the Retreat.
